First introduced to yoga at school, Charlotte was smitten!  As well as discovering the great strength and increased flexibility it offered the body, it was the power of relaxation and meditation that generated a deep and profound sense of inner peace to cope with the pressures of daily life.  Now, continuing to expand her knowledge, understanding and practice, Charlotte is passionate about sharing this with others.

Initially trained in London, Charlotte also went to the heart of authenticity, to study Hatha and Ashtanga disciplines in Rishikesh, northern India.  She has been leading classes since 2014 including corporate groups, hotel guests, gyms and private sessions.

Focusing on the wisdom of self-observation, patience and the importance of alignment, Charlotte’s classes guide and encourage a willingness to discover our true potential.
